Our KMA program will teach your child the fundamentals of Martial Arts in the forms of: Judo, Karate, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jui-Jitsu, Boxing.

Every Week will have a different theme in terms of the Martial Arts thought and the life lessons for that week.

We begin by creating a fun, friendly and trusting environment where children can face their fears and overcome their challenges.

As your child learns Martial Arts, they also focus on sportsmanship, healthy competition and leadership skills.

We use a unique method called MAE (Martial Arts Education – in a fun environment) which serves as the pathway to fitness, discipline, and excellence. We teach core Martial Arts Values to develop confidence, respect, and a winning personal, social and academic attitude.


At Thai Fitness our end Goal is for your child to be exposed to Martial Arts and Fitness in a Fun and interactive way in order for them to make a conscious decision to choose the specific Martial Art or type of Sport that they would like to excel at later in life!!!!

Our Martial Arts and Fitness Gym is located conveniently in Eldoraigne Centurion (Corner Cradock and Saxby Rd).

Kids Muay Thai 

Yes we believe that Kids need to be active,  disciplined,  goal orientated.

This is why we offer a FUN kids Martial Arts and Fitness class that teaches kids both the value of an active lifestyle and the value of working towards a goal!

Confidence, self-discipline, respect, learning non violent ways to resolve conflict, being aware, being a leader, boosting social skills and promoting an all-round fit and healthy lifestyle are just some of the many reasons.

Muay thai in particular is a perfect way to develop these skills, and there is no reason to wait until 18 years old to start. At Thai Fitness we run classes for children starting at prep, as we believe every child has the right to walk around the schoolyard with confidence and shouldnt have to worry about being bullied.

Kids (No Gi) Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Unlike some other martial arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu does not teach self defence or unrealistic movements or techniques that are not applicable to the real world. BJJ balances the aspects of sport BJJ (competition) and self-defense (street) BJJ so that all participants can use their skills when required.

Self-defense is important for anyone, but especially for a child.

For many reasons, punching and kicking is usually not an ideal option for self-defense. Firstly, striking in an uncontrolled situation where anything could happen. Even in a self-defense situation, striking is not always the preferred way to defend yourself.

The preferred way to defend yourself should be to neutralize a situation and not cause damage while avoiding taking damage yourself. In this case, no one gets hurt.

A child who has experience in BJJ will be able to control an attacker and neutralize them in a realistic scenario. They will develop the ability to take an attacker to the ground and control them. They will also understand how to escape uncomfortable positions or avoid being pinned underneath a bigger and stronger attacker.

Children with an understanding of how to defend themselves in a safe and controlled manner will have unrivaled levels of confidence.
